The family has said that Veteran Nollywood actor Olu Jacobs is alive and well.

The clarification came yesterday following rumours that he had passed on.

This is the third time in four years that the award-winning actor would be rumoured to be dead.

Earlier yesterday, reports of the veteran actor’s death dominated social media, prompting fans to panic and share condolences.

In response to the rumour, the family told the public that the veteran actor is alive.

The actor’s son, Soji Jacobs, confirmed to Channels Television that his father is “very much alive.”
